All you need to do is build a base in a different location. So if you want to have the Shogun stuff, the village hub is in the icy biome.
From there, all you need to do is upgrade it like you would your normal village hub. You’ll notice that instead of getting the log cabins you’d typically get from the grasslands, you will get all the shogun stuff in the icelands.
You can then build that shogun palace any way you want!
