You need to follow the main story once you reach Honolulu. After a short while, Chapter 2 or Chapter 3, you’ll be taken to Alo-Happy Tours (Waikiki), which can be found near the Worldwide Market Village, and this acts as the tutorial introduction to Infinite Wealth’s Job system.
