During your travels in The Outer Worlds, you will sometimes meet special characters called Companions. These Companions can join you on your journey, offering a variety of benefits. Companions provide support in combat, have their own set of skills, increase your carrying capacity, and have detailed quest lines offering further backstory on the character.

After you obtain the Navkey to Stellar Bay, speak with Felix on the landing pad of the Groundbreaker, he will join your team.
