Tales of Kenzera: ZAU OST Now Available

The 26-track soundtrack of Surgent Studios and EA Originals’ Tales of Kenzera: ZAU by Lakeshore Records is now available on all major music platforms, featuring music by Emmy-award winning composer Nainita Desai.

Influenced by the rich musical traditions of Africa, the original soundtrack for Tales of Kenzera: ZAU combines orchestra, electronics, African traditional instrumentation, and soaring vocalizations that express both grief and joy.

These orchestral recordings were captured at Abbey Road Studios in London, along with Vienna Austria. 120 musicians, studios, and music teams were brought together in all.

Nainita Desai’s global approach towards Tales of Kenzera: ZAU’s score served as a spotlight of artists from South Africa and West Africa. This is on top of a choir that previously worked on the Black Panther soundtrack.

When it comes to Tales of Kenzera: ZAU itself, this single-player MetroidVania-style title that tasks players with reclaiming their father’s spirit. Along the way, they’ll be able to utilize a number of cosmic powers that can be used with its rhythmic combat.

Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is now available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC for $19.99.
