ok since my last post got up
Heres another hint i havent seen here any house you buy and get your alchemy table for you get a nice mixed supply of ingredients (( hjerm in windhelm is really sweet as far as ingredients i got 4 fire salts and a void salt there plus other goodys ))
ok a little sideways on the alchemy and just my opinion BUY honeyside in riften main reason being it has world map access no going into town load load then into your house load load snore snore but once only strait in from world and once out

go to the mine in dawnstar on the left side facing the mine go into sneak there are 3 big rocks there sneak in and around the middle of them you will find a hidden chest(( may be a glitch not sure ))but it almost always has 2 to 6 moon sugars plus about 50 other things and refills not sure time span needed between refills i just check now and then
