It is surrounded by defenses so you will need to build a ramp with trees. Once inside you can try to open the door, but this will trigger a fight. If you have something to freeze the Yiga clan guys then I recommend that. Kill the smaller one first and remember you glide when the big one uses his special move. Beat them down and you can go in the house.
Inside you rescue someone and you are given the Yiga Mask as a reward. The person heads to Hatanao Village I believe.
