For this stage of the quest you need to reach the South Span of Wyrm’s Crossing. This is North of the temple and requires you to either bypass or get through the South Span Checkpoint. You can easily bypass the checkpoint by taking the path to the East and then climbing up to South Span from below.

Once inside, head upstairs and you will see a room full of beds and chests. On the wall in the corner of one of the rooms is a ladder, use the ladder to climb upstairs.
Once upstairs, use the Flowery Key by clicking on the wardrobe that’s against the door. This will open up a new area. Inspect the evidence inside to progress with the quest.
