You need to follow the main story until V has a special chip implanted into his head. A situation occurs that puts V’s life at risk after an encounter with an ally goes sour. After a short while V awakens in his apartment and meets a very special character. You will know it when you get there.

Once V has met this character, you can leave your apartment to continue exploring Night City as normal. A few minutes after leaving the apartment you will get a phone call that unlocks a new mission. The mission is called Heroes and it asks you to call Mama Welles. Use your phone to call Mama Welles and after a brief conversation, she will tell you that she’s left a special parcel outside your apartment.

Return home and pick up the parcel on the floor outside the door. This will give you the keys to your very own motorcycle. There are lots of other vehicles to unlock in Cyberpunk 2077.
