The car you’re talking about is a Peyote. The mechanic will be leaning over the front end. You have the options of knocking him out, quietly assassinate him, or ignoring him by using stealth to steal the tow truck. If you want to get the Peyote, you have to quietly take the mechanic out, jump in the tow, back up to the car, and grab it and go. You HAVE to drop the car in the same lot where you finish mission and pray the game doesn’t snatch it. The car will take damage as you tow it & it also slows your mission time down. For what it’s worth, I hated the car…terribly slow & awful handling.
