Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Gold Edition Confirmed, Coming in December

Capcom confirmed the long-standing rumor that Resident Evil 7: Biohazard would receive their “Gold Edition” treatment this Christmas season for digital, as well as physical release. There is a new trailer available after the jump.

As we’ve come to know, these Gold Editions feature all the previous DLC – in this case being Banned Footage Vol. 1 and Banned Footage Vol. 2 – and the upcoming End of Zoe pack. Moreover, Capcom is releasing a free adventure titled Not a Hero that is available for download to all versions of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard starting today. End of Zoe will pit players against new enemies and new areas, while it unravels Zoe Baker’s fate.  The upcoming package will sell for the retail price of $14.99 or £11.99. Both versions of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Gold Edition will be out on December 12, 2017.

The good news is that if you already own the season pass, this pack will be available to you as an update. If you already own a copy, but you’re missing the season pass, you can download this adventure separately for the price above. All of the upcoming content will also be available to use on PlayStation VR. Now you can spook your family and friends this Christmas and New Year’s. Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Gold Edition is coming to the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
