Assassins Creed Valhalla Settlement Upgrade Guide
Upgrading your settlement in AC Valhalla reaps many rewards and benefits. This Assassins Creed Valhalla Settlement Upgrade Guide explains what buildings can be constructed and what function each building serves, giving you the information so you can decide what’s best to build first in your new home.
After you arrive in England you will be tasked with performing a Raid. Once the Raid is completed you will have enough supplies to upgrade and build your first settlement building. The first building you must construct is the Blacksmith. After that, different buildings become available depending on your Renown and Encampment level.
What Buildings To Construct First?
[line style=’solid’ top=’10’ bottom=’10’ width=’100%’ height=’1′ color=’blue’]All of the buildings with the Settlement have a value. Each and every building you construct does benefit the Raven Clan one way or another. However, there are definitely upgrades that are better purchased early in the game. While a lot of it depends on personal preference and playstyle, we’ve highlighted the positives for building the following:
[list style=’regular’] [list_item]Hidden Ones Bureau – Unlocks a brand new mission chain and has Books of Knowledge as rewards[/list_item] [list_item]Blacksmith – Allows you to upgrade your equipment[/list_item] [list_item]Cartographer – Maps for collectibles although there’s plenty of guides as a substitute.[/list_item] [list_item]Seers Hut – Opens an alternative story arc that’s fantastic.[/list_item] [/list]The others are useful but are not so time sensitive. The Food Buff buildings are a nice touch but not required on lower difficulty settings. The Barracks allows you to recruit friends’ characters to your team. The Museum and Hunting Lodge are collectible based but do not need to be built in order to find the items/creatures. Fishing isn’t overly rewarding but if you enjoy it, build it up. Ultimately, it’s up to you.
