You locate the ruins using the objective markers, find some wooden boards covering a hole in the floor, and then destroy the boards to make it down to the special door that you can open with your hidden blade.
Once the door has been opened it’s simply a matter of solving basic puzzles and using your special sight to locate the keys, treasures, and other items hidden inside. Be careful of rats, they are the only dangerous obstacle you will encounter.
Once you have found all of the keys you can return to the Hidden Ones’ Bureau in Paris to claim the special treasure locked behind the door with the three keys.
