You’ll need to make copper bars in order to get the Rare Longsword, which means you need copper, the Metal Smelter, and the Brightcores.

Head to the desert in LEGO Fortnite (make sure you have heat resistance) and look for multiple caves. You’ll need around 15-20 Brightcores and 3 Blast Cores to build the Melter Smelter, which are not often found in the same caves. This helps to unlock the Metal Smelter.

The Blast Cores come from Rollers in the desert caves; they explode, so be careful. They’re pretty rare.

Once you have everything, go back to the base in LEGO Fortnite, and then you can make the Metal Smelter. This’ll allow you to make copper; copper can be found in the desert caves as well.

It’ll take a while to build everything – you need to make 30 of them. You can build two Metal Smelters to speed things up.

Note that your workbench needs to be at level 4 or 5.

And then you’ll have the LEGO Fortnite Rare Longsword. It’s pretty strong, but takes a lot of resources.
