Override 2: Super Mech League

For those who just can’t get enough mech action, Modus Games is giving players what they want with the upcoming release of Override 2: Super Mech League. A robust Career Mode will have players rising through the ranks, and hazardous arenas can be found worldwide. Cosmetic items and attachments are available for those that like to customize the game’s more than 20 robots.

Override 2: Super Mech League will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on December 22, 2020.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack

The rhythm-based gameplay of the Taiko no Tatsujin series goes in a new direction with the release of Bandai Namco’s Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack. Players will be able to join the protagonist Don-chan in two RPG adventures, each featuring Taiko Battles and more than 130 songs. As an added bonus, fans of the anime series Demon Slayer can enjoy the inclusion of “Gurenge.”

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack will come out for the Nintendo Switch on December 3, 2020.

Haven

The Game Bakers are following up their hit Furi with their upcoming title Haven. Unlike the heavy action of their previous title, Haven puts the spotlight on Yu and Kay’s relationship, all while inviting players to relax, laugh, and connect. As players traverse its mysterious planet, they’ll be able to glide over grass, gather flow, uncover secret areas,and clean out its rust. No need to feel lonely either – local co-op play is also available for those looking to bring a partner along.

Haven will come out for the PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC on December 3, 2020.

Immortals: Fenyx Rising

Originally announced at E3 2019 under the title “Gods and Monsters,” Ubisoft Quebec’s Immortals: Fenyx Rising is almost upon us. This action adventure title has players taking control of the Greek soldier Fenyx, who must rescue the Greek gods from the titan Typhon. A large open world is available for the player to discover, dotted with various side-objectives and optional puzzles. Fenyx is pretty nimble as well, possessing the ability to climb cliffs, ride on a mount, and fly using the wings of Daedalus.

Cyberpunk 2077

After years of anticipation and multiple delays, CD PROJEKT RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 is launching in December. This futuristic open-world, action-adventure story has players taking control of the mercenary V, who has made his home in Night City. The world is your oyster in this title, with players acquiring skills in hacking and machinery, utilizing an arsenal of ranged weapons, and making use of a number of options for melee combat. A number of minigames have also been included, which include hacking, boxing, martial arts, auto racing, and shooting ranges.

Cyberpunk 2077 will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on December 10, 2020.
